We also have two other listings on the property if you want to have a larger group!! The Cantina sits on a beautiful working horse ranch just 20 minutes from the Stockyards. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath getaway offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. With two pullout sofas, the Cantina can accommodate 10 guests, making it ideal for families, friends or group gatherings. As a working ranch, safety is our top priority. Heavy equipment operates during business hours so guests are not permitted in barns without a ranch employee. However, we offer a complimentary tour of the ranch if you are interested during your stay. You are welcome to walk around the ranch and see our horses, highland cows and many other animals that call the ranch home! The tour is a wonderful way to ask any questions you might have about ranch life. The Cantina features a spacious living area with a pool table for hours of fun, a cozy bar area for evening drinks, and a large outdoor patio with a fireplace and plenty of seating. Don't miss the breathtaking Texas sunsets from the patio or out by the pond. It's a perfect way to end your day here on the ranch. Whether you are planning a weekend getaway or combining the Cantina with our other ranch rentals for a larger family retreat or reunion, our property offers a truly memorable experience. Supervised Horse Areas Only: While we encourage you to enjoy the sights, please stay out of barns and stallion areas unless accompanied by a staff member. For your safety and well being of our animals please do not feed or handle animals. Respect ranch operations: The ranch a real working horse ranch, so be mindful of ongoing activities and equipment. Quiet hours: Out of respect for our ranch staff and animals, we kindly ask for quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The chickens in the coop next door will let you know when it is time to be loud in the AM. The host and owner of the ranch Jane is available at all times. If you need anything at all she is a phone call away and is a resident on the property. The ranch employees are also happy to answer any questions or to be of help as some of them live on the ranch as well. Experience the ranch: Guests can observe the daily operations of a working ranch and see world class stallions and horses in their element. Explore Texas heritage: Just a short 20 minute drive from historic Fort Worth attractions, dive into the rich western legacy and nearby stockyards, rodeos and museums. Spring time is the breeding season, you might be lucky enough to see a live foaling (birth)! Take advantage of exclusive onsite activities offered for an additional fee and subject to availability. - Horseback riding: Saddle up for a guided ride and soak in the open spaces and scenic views of the ranch. $300 per hour per person - Fishing- catch and release: Enjoy a peaceful day with a two hour fishing lesson in one of our ranch private ponds. $100 per group - Feed and pet the highland cows on the ranch $25.00 per group Free activities on the ranch - Free tour ranch by making a reservation with host. - Fire pit with bundle of wood and skewers to use. - Feed ducks at pond.
